What if there is a rate change mid-week?

When are the contribution reports due?

Contribution reports and payment are due by the 10th of the month following the month in which hours are worked.  Reports are delinquent if not received by the 15th of the following month, and are considered late if postmarked after the 20th of the following month and late charges will be assessed.
