How often can I make changes to my current plan?

You must be enrolled in the same medical plan for at least 12 months in order to change to a different medical plan. However if there is a qualifying event, such as marriage, birth of a child, etc. (see page 7 of your Reference Guide for additional events) you may be able to make such changes. One can lower Plan Levels as many times as needed throughout the year, but can only Level up after being under the current Plan Level selection for 12 months.
